this is the palette im going to use



    1: Take the darkest color
    2: Begin with drawing lines
    3: Remove those extra pixels



    4: fill with the next darkest color(#2)



    5: add some highlight by using the color(#3)
    not the whole shoe just toes and where the light comes from



    6: repeat it again but this time use the color(#4) you can be finished now but if you like the shininess you do the below one too




    7 : once again you repeat with the highlighting but now you take the lighest color(#5)
    8: make a button by putting together 4 pixels
    9: In one of those 4 pixels you take a lighter color


here you have the result of shoes



Now you are done and the result of the doll will be like this
